One of many works created for school-based musicians whilst teaching music in local schools, this is the most notable surviving saxophone quartet arrangement of this period.

I remember it being performed at the Trades Club in Hebden Bridge as part of an evening of music showcasing school performers to the public, a memorable event that celebrated young musicians and their talents.
